Ludum Dare #32

Theme of Ludum Dare 32 is “Unconventional Weapon” and I created the game for compo 48 hours: Matter of the void. Gameplay of the game is fairly simple but fun to play. I started with a different gameplay concept but because of the time constraint I couldn’t focus on gameplay only, had to work on graphics and sound too! Anyhow, my game goes as follows; There is one blackhole left, and its up to you to keep it alive by adding more matter to it. But be careful! It doesn’t want all the matter all the time, matter and antimatter doesn’t go along very well. Try to survive as long as possible!

Skies of Saturn

Ludum Dare #29

Ludum Dare (from Latin “to give a game”, also referenced as LDJAM and formerly as LD48) is an accelerated video game development competition. It was founded by Geoff Howland and was first held in April 2002. Participants are required to create a video game that fits within a given theme in two days. A unique feature of this competition is that participants often release a time-lapse video of the development of their game.
